it gets tough but i found out i can bang out a couple meals in less than an hour and just pack it away...then that saves me time later throughout the day.

Welcome to the good life. Great meals bro, I'm liking the Journal type format also. Everyday, I think of adding something to my diet from yours. And today, oddly enough, I had a Grapefruit smoothie. (You had a Strawberry one). Rubbermaid is a great idea, at 15 I do the same! I store Chicken, rice and some type of veggie in there. Then just heat it up and wala you've got your self a meal. Keep it up Kirkster.

10-31-2008

~woke up at 7am, performed the triple s, and let my dog out
~meal 1: 6 egg whites/ 2 whole eggs divided up between 4 slices of whole wheat bread (toasted), 1 grapefruit, 1 glass oj, 24g whey shake, bcaa, multi, fish oil, vitamin e
~made meal 2 and 3 (now its 8:30 when i finished) packed the lunch and walked to the parking garage where my cars at.
~it was nice and warm out today (still chilly but warm in the sun) so tops going down on the s2 as i go to class.
~class 930-1045
~meal 2, back in my car driving back to my apt to let the dog out i chowed down beef and barley with a cup of sweet potato
~let the dog out and hung out with my neighbor in the park as our dogs played
~its now 12:00 and back into my car chowing down meal 3...

Great day today bro. Grapefruit? Wow i love that stuff. Didn't think of including it in my diet though. Definitely going to.

Like I said, you're doing great. You're never missing meals which is awesome. Keep it up.

Nice ab/cardio workout as well
