IMO, tuna is just as good without bread. All depends on the mayo you use. It's easier also, like you said.

today was a decent caloric intake day, had an intense cardio session both in the morning and at night.

~6am woke up to my x girlfriend calling me telling me how much she missed me, woke both me and my dog up so i couldn't go back to sleep.
~meal 1: 645am- 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs with chedder cheese, 1 apple, 1 bananna, 3 glasses of oj, multi, bcaa, glutamine, vitamin e
~700am got picked up by some friends to go out boarding on the severn, water temp was close to freezing but i still went out for a short session in the full body wetsuit with underarmor underneath.
~8am came back in to my house to warm up with a fireplace lit, a nice hot cup of hot chocolate, and...
~...meal number 2: tuna casserole, relish, 4 cans of tuna, lf mayonnaise, olives, and bread crumbs...24 g whey shake
~drove down too baltimore to take a look at my new twin tip prototype design that should go into existance may 2008, look for the "ronix kirkland 136"
~meal 3: apple, orange, 2 cups white rice
~back in wilmington now at my place, took my x girlfriend out to lunch..
~meal 4: red robin restaurant, protein hardy burger, 2 lettuce wrap (instead of bun), garden burger with garlic, tomato, side salad (2)
~back at my x's house we were just watching a movie (Jackass 2.5) and i was munching on meal 5 a couple hours later
~meal 5: tostitos dip chips (high in salt i know) with queso dip...had about 4-5 servings or so...but eh i can afford to work it off with tonight coming (you'll see)
~meal 6: driving to my soccer game tonight i stopped off for a ham egg and cheese on a crossant (2), simply because i can also...
~played my soccer game and drove back to my place now for my final meal of the day which i have yet to decide...once i eat it i will throw it up here.
