what i never listed were the current supps i am on, im in a maintenance stage just releaving some bf currently and am dry as i have been off creatine monohydrate and a pre wo supp no xplode, both of those i cycled off 2 weeks ago and will continue to be off those for the next month/month and a half. reason, my body needs to readjust and like i said, im neither in a cut or a bulk stage right now, just trying to release some bf and water retention to get more definition as well as a higher athleticism rate.

i am on 100% gold standard whey, bcaas, l-glutamine, as well as casein.

1st off, great leg day. Hope you did a number on those legs! You're pushing some nice weight there also from what I can see. Do you ever do front squats? I'm doing them this week to switch things around. If you have, let me know what you think about them. This will be my first time doing them. I agree on keeping off of the N.O and creatine. If you're trying to lose bodyfat the water retention could be deceiving. If you don't mind, can you post your average diet? I'm interested in what you eat. I need some alterations in mine so I wanna see if I can make some adjustments.

Keep going bro, you're doing great, I look forward to seeing your updates in this log.

yea ill def post up my diet, i did when i first started the log but now its just too much to post up all at one time, even though it would help. ive become accustomed to keeping my calorie count in my head now'a'days so i hardly ever jot that down anymore if you know what i mean. yea hack squats you're referring too? they're easier on the knees i heard and when performing them go light weight at first to adjust and make sure you get your full ROM (range of motion) aka ass to the grass squats. regular squats though do use more core muscles, but performing full ROM with hack squats you'll see just as good of gains. diet ill toss up here for you in a sec.

Thanks bro, aren't Hack squats done with the machine? Not really any matter of what it's called I just wanna make sure we're referring to the same exercise.

This is what I'm talking about bro, I think you are too.

Agree on the ROM, it's completely different. Have to adapt, by doing so throwing a plate on each side won't help. Will look at the diet closely bro.

nope i misunderstood!!! my apologies bro. i was referring to something entirely different, haha. but my same explanation can be for the front squat as well. however strain on the knees is going to be the same for the traditional squat (behind the neck) as for the front squat. same thing tho full rom for max gains. however i do this as well, but instead of flipping my wrists palms facing towards the ceiling i cross my arms in front of my neck.

Yup, I do the same! I can balance the bar better. No worries about misunderstanding, it's fine. Your explanation be for both actually! However, I don't go ass to grass, maybe a half a foot above. It hurts my knees somewhat.

yea mine get like that as well, straps for your knees come in handy, its what you see coleman or cutler or dex or any of the pros use when they squat. you dont need to pick one up just use typical ace wrap (the non adhesive kind) and wrap that around your knee tight.
