nitrix, bcaa, multi, 2 whole grain muffins with all natural jelly spread, glass oj
meal 2: 1 cup granola, 1 lean cut chicken breast plain
meal 3: 24g whey, nitrix, 2 cups white rice, 6 egg whites
meal 4: 1 chicken breast rolled in tilapia w/ lettuce
meal 5: 6 egg whites, nitrix
meal 6: 1 chicken breast rolled in marinade (i know it sounds gross but it does taste wonderfull, all natural too!) 3 cups mixed veggies, 1 glass red wine, 2 all wheat dinner rolls
meal 7: 32g
casein, 2 cups cottage cheese w/ raspberries.
