you know im going to come to you for help, as i said before and ill say it again, your competition was unbelievable, the energy in the room the dedication everything is top notch, and i want to be a part of that. its going to be extremely tough though with wakeboarding so my splits and training is going to be inconsistent which is going to be tough, but im going to make the best of it, and as antonio keeps telling me, im just doing this first show for the experience, then after this show ill be amp'ed and ready for show number 2 starting november 9th (the day after the contest).

The reason I'm asking is...my quaker oats is 1/2 cup serving. So when cooked it's 1 cup..

Are you making 1 cup dry to make 2 cups cooked is that what your saying?
