Counts and Meals:

Calories:3200
Protein:170g
Water Intake: 1.75 gallons

Meal 1: sausage sandwich (made with 8oz extra lean ground pork tenderloin) on 2 whole wheat english muffins, 1 bananna, 1 cup oats, 1 grapefruit, 25g whey shake, bcaa, multi, glass of oj for the vit c
Meal 2: smoothie (made with half a mango, half of a pineapple, half cup ff plain yogurt, scoop of whey, 3 strawberries, ice cubes), 2 multi grain bagels w plain ff cream cheese toasted
Meal 3: 12oz steak on elbow noodles with a1 sauce
Meal 4: chef salad (turkey breast, cherries, tomatoes, black beans, lf ranch dressing), 2 hardboiled eggs whole, 24oz whey shake
Meal 5: 3 roast beef sandwiches with sliced tomato lettuce and minced onions, 2 glasses of milk
Meal 6: 2 cups white rice mixed with rigatoni, bcaa, 24g whey
Meal 7: 1 cup cottage cheese, 35g casein shake, muti

Welcome back to the log world brett! I like the muffins and English muffins! Never thought of eating them and I have them! Definitely the Dungeon Chef man. That chef salad looks yummy without a doubt. Roast beef sandwiches are amazing, I usually have that. Every meal is split perfectly bro, nice work.

Looks like tomorrow I'll be getting my cook on with some new meals
