Very well put Kirk, your profile may say 21, but you sure don't act or think like a common 21 year old. My hats off you to bro. Some people may say it, but not many do it. Experience does not come via the age, it comes with life's issues.

OFF DAY

Counts and Meals

Cals: 3750
Protein: 150g
Water Intake: 1.7 gallons

Meal 1: 3 slices rye bread with butter (toasted), Quaker Granola and Oats cereal, 1 bagel with plain cream cheese, 2 cups OJ, 24g whey, bcaa, glutamine, multi, vit c
Meal 2: 2 Ham egg and cheese whole wheat muffins (toasted), 2 rice cakes
Meal 3: Footlong Sweet onion chicken teriyaki, 24 g whey
Meal 4: 2 rice cakes, 10 breaded clams, 1 multi grain muffin with peanut butter
Meal 5: 1 Stromboli with pepperoni, sweet potato chips, 24g whey
Meal 6: 2 lean cut chicken breasts with marinade, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup mixed veggies
Meal 7: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 rice cake, .5 cup oats, 33g casein, multi, bcaa


Conclusion
I had classes today and didnt get the chance to make anything, also my friend Katie from JMU came to visit (as you all are aware), she got here about 8:30ish, so our dinner plans got messed up, but its ok because we just kicked it at this local place called grottos for a couple drinks. Tomorrow is a better day.

Modified Chins to focus on shoulders (weighted): 25x10, 30x8, 35x6
BB Shrugs: 130x12(2), 220x10, 240x8, 260x6
Side Cable Raises: 40x12, 45x10, 50x8, 55x6
Modified Side Raises DB: 30x12, 40x10, 45x8, 50x6

Counts and Meals
Meal 1: 24g whey, bcaa, glutamine, multi, 2 wraps (egg, cheese, jalapano peppers, onions, sweet peppers), 1 cup grits
Meal 2: 2 Multi Grain Bagels with plain cream cheese, 2 slices whole wheat toast, 24g whey
Meal 3: 2 cans tuna mixed with onion, grated cheese, relish, 1 cup oats, black olives on multi grain hamburger buns (if you've ever seen an entire can of tuna on a single hamburger bun, its hilarious), 24g whey, bcaa
Meal 4: meat lovers pizza, i had an entire one, katie had 3 slices of a medium, lol.
Meal 5: Veal Parmigiana with a cherry glaze, cup brown rice mixed with onions, couple bottles of this Principato wine the lady picked up
Meal 6: still with a wine taste in my mouth the cottage cheese went down shitty so i tossed .5 cup blueberries in it to ease the taste, 33g casein shake, bcaa, glutamine


Conclusion
Today was an awesome day, spent the entire day laying in bed, getting up every so often for my meals, and to work out for about an hour or so. The lady was going to go home but decided to stay so she could spend an entire day with me, also because i bragged about my cooking to her so she had to see for herself. Im still suprised she said she didnt want to interrupt my normal routine so she let me go to the gym, and when i came back into my apartment she jumped all over me and pulled me into the bedroom. Wow, speechless bro's...first time in forever im real into a girl. Throughout the day she kept saying she wanted to know everything about me, i told her about the wakeboarding, the bodybuilding, etc etc...and she understood everything, she was so supportive and i realized that she likes me for me, not Brett the wakeboarder...and that means the world. I'm easing into this whole thing and we're taking it one step at a time, we both know there is something real between us and its exciting waiting to find out what it is. In her terms she see's a "long future", we'll see fella's.

Nice rebound Kirk man. Meal 1 in the beginning looked bad then I read the rest! Nice! I love Chicken Teriyaki! I'm eating that next week. If you actually look, you see how a lit our meals are. . Today is solid. Almost 2 Gallons of water, craziness. Protein came from 200 and carbs came down 4000. No worries! I know you knew that, and I'm sure you were a little disappointed. Keep it up man, inspiration right here!
