It may seem bad but I tried it out last week and it seemed to work real well for me cause I felt great. So I'm gonna give this a try over break and see the results  |
I would suggest changing it to Mon/ Wed/ Fri
Monday being chest and biceps, abs
Wednesday being legs and shoulders and calves, abs
Friday being back and triceps, abs and fore arms.
But hey, whatever works for you, stick with it. Only YOU know your body, none of us do. If you see results, stick with it, but if you don't like the results, change it around.
