your workout seems a little light to say the least. Why do you do deadlifts with legs? You should do it on your back day.

i do do deadlifts on back day, i do stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day. stiff legged deadlifts are by far the best excercise you can do for hamstrings, much more effective than any leg curl devise and will help much more when it comes to functional strength.i got into training as many others do to look better and get stonger, so stiff-legged deadlifts are the best of both worlds.i suggest you should put SLDL in your leg routine! as far as my work out being a little light, i do not agree with this. i am going as heavy as i can possibly go reaching positive failure between four to six repitions. i do not do a lot of volume simply because it does not suit my body or my lifestyle ie. working and being a student.

I don't mean being light weight there just aren't a lot of exercises there. I do stiff legged dead lifts for my back day so i'm hitting my legs double.

where's the bench press man? Start off with the incline bench then go flat bench then do dumbell presses.

1.This personal persecution is getting out of hand IMO.
2. There is no general guideline for working out. Trial and error. Do what you gotta do.

lol man hdogg I know your filled with knowledge and you know yer shit bro..but overtraining is serious lol

I use to overtrain the shit outta myself and me and my training partners werent going anywhere. We dropped our volume and focused more on intensity and less exercises..and what do ya know we started growing again..

MANY people overtrain, for some this is ok but for many more you should drop yer volume.. For example I use to perform a MINIMUM of 4 exercises 4 sets each for bis and tris..I cut that do to 2 or 3 exercises at the most and make it very intense and I can see changes in my arms every few weeks now.

If this sounds like you, I suggest dropping yer volume and go more intense when you hit a plateau..just my 2 cents I still love u hdogg
