Precisly. I did that exercise a month back or so for 4 sets, because I trained with some friends, and my shoulders hurt like 4-5 days after.

yeah i know i took a week off from training and tried to work chest yesterday but it hurt to much. i did one warm up set and although the weight was light as shit it hurt really bad. it sux but i think the best thing to do is train around the injury. i m not going to be stupid and do movement tht hurt but at the same time rehab it and make it as strong as possible. what i plan on doing is using 90 % machine and bodyweight work on all upperbody, train lighter and not to failure, stay in the 15-20 rep range and up the volume. of course if i still feel problems i will back off all resistance training and rest untill it heals. thanks for all the segestions and support guys i really appreiate it.
