-light A2G squats
6 sets of 8-12 fast reps with 225
-lunges
5 sets of 16 (8 per leg) with 135
-8 sets of calf presses with 10 plates on leg press
-6 sets of 12-25 reps of Ham curls with 130
-6 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of 8-10 with 250
3 drop sets.
