Routine I will be using (as of Tuesday).

Tuesday (Push) All 5x5

Barbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Bench Press
Dumbell Overhead Press
Weighed Leg Raises

Thursday (Pull) All 5x5

Squats
Bent Over Barbell Rows
Wide Grip Chins
Farmers Walk (Grip Training)

How could I forget?

Height: 5'8
Weight: 180

Bench: 270
Squat: 355
OHP: 185

Goals
--------
Height: 5'10
Weight: 185

Bench: 315
Squat: 475
OHP: 235

Last year I was 5'6, 125 lbs. With a bench of 145 and a squat of 200. I feel as if compound routines such as routines by Frankie NY, Bill Starr, and Joe DeFranco has helped.

how old are you? IMO, Push/Pull is way ol' school like atari, might want to consider a routine based more off of physiological facts like Max OT or DC.

5x5 push pull with lots of rest excellent bulk/power routine. is your ultimate goal strong man or bodybuilding either way 300 is a lofty goal. Train hard!

UnderConstruction... i havent heard much about push/pull routines i know a few good old school lifters that follow the routines, have any good sources for info on it?

sorry Jake havent been here in a while I'll check and see what I can find honestly I think the first time I read about it was in the arnold encyclopedia of modern bb.

OK Jake I dont know how to post a link fairly computer illiterate, but here is a site ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Netgo to weight taining go to develop a workout: template click it and then click push/pull. If you have time cruise around this site a little it fairly informative on all aspects of training. Hope you like it bud!
