Hey fellas,

I am starting my own routine. Previously I have been working out for 5 years on and off. I was in university so I took some time off like 4 months every year because of exams or what not. Now I have graduated and I have been working out solid for a year. I used to work out 6 days a week, but felt I was getting too fatigue. Now I am down to four. I play baseball one day a week on my day off. Anyhow. I am now testing the 10 x 3 workout. Which is doing 10 sets of 3 reps. I do 10x3 once a week for each body part. Plus other exercises but I only do 10x3 for bench, dead lifts, and shoulder press and squats. I can't tell you much more since it has only been a week. I will keep you posted.

I also took NO2 for the past year taking 1 month breaks twice. Here is a pic of me about 1 month ago, during my six day routine.

I put it on my tripod site since I dont have any other site to put it on! haha.. Talk to you guys soon .. time to work out. Peace. :mad17:

thanks guys...

my routine looks like this..

M - chest/tri's
T- back/bi's
W- shoulders/legs/calves
T- baseball
F - chest/tris AGAIN
S- back/bis
S - swim for an hour

I alternate this so one week I do a two major body parts twice and another two once... then the following week i switch. It seems to work for me. What do you guys think? Thanks. I will keep you posted. Today for the first time I had eggs for breakfast right before work. I have learn how to crack eggs with one hand. Yes I am pathetic but i love it.

Anyhow peace.

I never used to take protein shakes but now i have incorporated it in my routine... one shake in the morning.. one before and one after workout... i also take omega 3 6 9 twice daily once in the morning and once before my workout..... any other ideas? I need to take multi vitamans but i cant afford it right now..... i gotta pay the bills and put food on the table... not just protein shakes and fish oils.

You look awesome, your leanness makes you look a lot more than 175. Split looks pretty good too.

thanks hdogg.... you are not so bad yourself :) haha.. Anyway I am feeling better with these protein shakes... i have noticed that i am losing some definition on my abs? Or am I just going crazy? Maybe because i look at them after i take a protein shake and at that point i feel little bloated. I think i am just going crazy
