Best of luck, make sure to let us know how it goes! From my experience, fitness is always a problem. Many people can sprint real fast, but cant keep endurance.

i haven't weighed myself in a long time, but i will weigh myself a week on monday when i start my DC training. At the moment im just easing my way back into the gym, when i start DC is when everything gets serious and i will really keep an eye on everything and the progress i am making.

Training Today:

Incline Bench Press

Close Grip Pulldowns

Chest Press

Chins

Bike - 10 mins

Reflections: A really bad workout i had no energy, i only ate 1 meal before training and it does really effect me in the gym, i need at least 2 to get really going. So from now on i will not go to the gym on 1 meal, i will make sure i get at least 2 in before. Also supprisingly enough it was boiling today in London and it felt like the gym was 300 degrees c. It really drained me of my energy, but gotta keep my head up and make sure my next workout is a good one
