Off Day Today: Resting up for my cup match tomorrow which i cannot wait for, im so pumped for it, its unbelievable.
Meal Log For Today:
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 3 sausages, 1 slice wholemeal toast
Meal 2: 1 tin sardines, 2 slices wholemeal toast
Meal 3: 1 chicken breast, Large amount of rice
Meal 4: Baked potatoe, 3 sausages, mixed vegetables
Meal 5: (sort of a snack, peanuts)
Meal 6: Casien Shake, 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Reflections: Today was a great day eating wise, wish i could keep my diet like this all the time. But i can't its only on my off days from uni that i can keep my diet as good as this. All meals were clean today and fast food was completely cut out. Looking forward to another great day of eating tomorrow. |
