kenney and bbdue i understand what you mean when you say young people can love, but what i really find BS is when a person says they love a person upon a week on meeting them. personally i find love takes time to kick in and gets better with time. sorta like cheese...
iv lost a lot of weight, not sure what it is, im scared of stepping on the scales and finding out.

yh i know what you mean^^ i never steeped on a scale for atleast a month and i was happy to see i gained a fair bit, i dont like weighing myself to often because it makes progress look slow if you get what i mean

Totally agree bhana. I weigh myself weekly, only because I'm bulking, It's depressing to step on the scale after a couple weeks of hardcore eating and see you gained 0 lbs. Or lost 0 lbs, depending on your goals.

not necessarily.. i felt it went much faster on my first bulk when i weighed myself close to every day.. i knew what amounts of food that made me grow and i knew how much water i needed..

mesomorphs will gain significantly quiker which i am asuming you are, you have a fair point, but for me, when gains come slow, i find it discouraging when im not making an improvement on the scale, even though i might look a tad different in the mirror

i believe i am quite ectomorphic. i was really ectomorphic when i started.. 6' 138lbs.

FIRST SESSION BACK:

im doing full body workouts for this week and i did the following exercises:

Incline Bench Press

Smith Shoulder Press

Chins

Tricep Pulldown

Bicep Curl

Reflections: my god was this one hard workout. my strengh has decreased so much and its really annoying, everything just felt really hard. But i am going to use this as motivation to push even harder and get my strength back to where it was and beyond. meal plan coming up later.
