What I like about that goal is it's not out of the question. Can easily be done man. You'll like the Protein and good luck with the game man.
Thanks alot for those words KM means alot bud!! i am determined to make those 10lbs and i know i WILL! a know what you mean about not looking at the scale too much it can sometimes be a hinderance. the good thing about being shorter is that you don't have to weigh too much to look big. look at david henry - 200lbs not alot in bodybuilding terms and he is massive!!

DC OVER

Iv decided to stop DC training. The reasons behind this are because the gym i train at is very small and is always very busy. This is not a good combination and i am fed up of waiting to get on what i want to do. When following a DC program it is essential that you use the same exercises you did previously so you can see how you are progressing. This has become very hard lately and i can't get on what i want unless i want to wait 10 mins every time i want something. This has really annoyed me but i think its for the best for the time being. From now on i will follow a typical 3-4 day split depending on how busy i am. I hope that in the near future i can return to DC because i really enjoy following this program and it has given me great results in the past so i will definately return to it. I think maybe its time to find another gym.

Right after looking over a few programs i have decided to follow a type of powerlifting program (like scivations). I feel this will be most productive in the time being as i can start every workout with either the bench press, deadlift or squat. I don't mind waiting for these as they will be my first exercise of the workout. After i have performed the 3 main lifts i will pick exercises that can be used to assist the major lifts on those days. I will stay on this program for roughly 8 weeks to see how i respond to it. iv always enjoyed powerlifting so i feel this will be a very good change of program and i am really looking forward to trying it out. Heres how it will go:

All main lifts will be 10 sets x 3 reps,, and all assistance exercises will be 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

Day 1:
Squat
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Calves
Abs

Day 2:
Rest

Day 3:
Bench Press
A form of shoulder press
CGBP
Dips
Another tricep exercise
Abs

Day 4: Rest

Day 5:
Deadlift
Chins
Barbell Row/Or type of row
Hamstring Exercise
Dumbell Curl
Calves
Abs

That is basically the routine, obviously because the gym is very busy i will not be able to do all the exercises i want but if can't do what i want i will just do another exercise that targets the same area so im not missing anything out. What do you guys think about this

I understand your pain about the machines. Usually I don't have a problem at my gym, it's large and has plentiful machines. equipment and what not. Sorry to hear that this caused you to change programs. Even so, it should be a nice shock. Routine looks nice, but why such little Shoulder movements?

Good luck.

you have to consider all the movements involved on bench day use shoulders somewhat so... there is really no reason to add more.
