Yeah, man when your legs are sore you can't go to the bathroom without your ass killing. Eat big man! When I first started legs, I just didn't walk lol. Stayed in bed on the weekends and walked only if I had too! haha, it's killer when your Ham's kill. Looking forward to seeing today's log bro.

haha yer taking a shit is one of the hardest things to do the day after you'v trained legs!!!!

Meal Log:

Meal 1: brown rice, 2 whole egss, 2 egg whites, 24gram protein shake
Meal 2: 2 lean pork sausages, 1 slice pizza, half tin of beans
Meal 3: brown rice, 2 lean pork sausages, 24 gram protein shake
Meal 4: prawn curry, brown rice
Meal 5: brown rice, mixed vegetabls, 2 whole eggs
Meal 6: casien shake, 2 tablespoons peanut butter


Reflections: Had a great day of eating today,, think im o.d.ing on the brown rice. My measurements are different to the way the americans measure it,, but i can safely say it is a lot of rice. I feel absolutely stuffed today so i guess thats a good thing. Hopefully i can have another good day tomorrow. Im looking forward to it. Off day from the gym today,, but my legs have slowly started to ache more and more through the day. Wonder how they will be tomorrow??

haha my gym is loctated right on a main road, so when i come out of the gym, i have to stand at the traffic lights, then walk across the road while 20+ cars are watching and waiting lol i just walk across laughing ot myself because i know i look like ive kacked lol

Amazing day man. Damn, I miss eating well like this. Everything is spot on. Yeah the brown rice is in, hmm, every meal lol. Keep it up bro, I like this a lot nice job.
