Meal Log:
Meal 1: brown rice, 2 whole egss, 2 egg whites, 24gram protein shake
Meal 2: 2 lean pork sausages, 1 slice pizza, half tin of beans
Meal 3: brown rice, 2 lean pork sausages, 24 gram protein shake
Meal 4: prawn curry, brown rice
Meal 5: brown rice, mixed vegetabls, 2 whole eggs
Meal 6: casien shake, 2 tablespoons peanut butter Reflections: Had a great day of eating today,, think im o.d.ing on the brown rice. My measurements are different to the way the americans measure it,, but i can safely say it is a lot of rice. I feel absolutely stuffed today so i guess thats a good thing. Hopefully i can have another good day tomorrow. Im looking forward to it. Off day from the gym today,, but my legs have slowly started to ache more and more through the day. Wonder how they will be tomorrow?? |
