Just a friendly today - we won 5-1,, played great and looking forward to next week as its the next round of the cup and im sure we have a great chance of winning that game and the whole cup. Lets take it one game at a time though. Diet hasn't been too great today due to being at football for a long,, il post it up in a bit. No gym today - i will either be going tomorrow or friday depending on how busy i am tomorrow.

Its a tricep exercise but like i said in your thread the secondary muscle involved is the chest and as thats my weak point as well i am trying to build it up. Can't find any pics of it but its just a normal bench press but with your hands facing towards you. Give it a go and see how you like it.....
Ah, I see. Seems tough, and yeah without a smith it looks a bit dangerous. I might give it a try as I get father into HST.

Just making sure, is this what you're talking about?

I love reverse close grip bench (RCGP), one of my favorite tri exercises... :-)

the lift off is the most awkward on them... but if you do them in the smith its alot easier... the grip is a bit wierd to get used to if you do them consistantly for a while it gets alot easier.
