Great game
note - a 'lob' is when the ball is kicked over the goalkeeper into the goal lol nice game buddy! glad you enjoyed it

Great game
Awesome to here man, for sure! Good luck and make sure to keep us posted. Football (soccer) is a hard game to say consistent in. Kids get tired, key players get subsituted and you begin to lose focus. I'm the center mid-fielder for my Highschool team so it's my goal to prevent that.

I am absolutely pumped to start this program, i have been seriously slacking lately and i know this training regime will keep focused and help me achieve my goal. I will weigh myself at the gym tomorrow to see my start weight, i am also going to try and pick up some bodyfat % calipers so i can really keep an eye on my progress. I am in the progress of making a detailed spreadsheet so i can keep track my progress mroe easily. Weight gain will be slow to start off with due to me playing football, but when the season finishes i should reallt be able to pack on the weight. I will try to compensate the extra cardio by trying to eat more food, we will see how it goes. Im also going to the supermarket tomorrow to stock up on essentials. If anyone wants to reccomend any food, let me know and il pick it up when im down there. I also went home this weekend and picked up some whey protein. I haven't got too much in so il have to make an order soon, it will only be taken after workout and for breakfast if im running late. The rest of my diet will be whole food. PUMPED for tomorrow.......

yeaa DC, bring that back!!! ill be watching bro as always. pick up some brown rice instead of white rice... good solid bulking food, some chicken of course, and steaks and fish. get some cheats to get in those extra couple calories. and to get the necessary nutrients in during the PM hours, cottage cheese with some fruits mixed in is and always will be one of my most prized recommendations.
