Reflections: This was a great workout, was really focused (must have been the lucozade i was drinking thorughout). My strength is really starting to get back up,, which really helps my motivation i love feeling strong. Over the past couple of months iv felt really weak, which i really hate,, but now things are looking up so its all good. I know for a fact il be ready for DC next monday and will look forward to making even more gains than i have done in the past. i WILL come back even better than i was before. Meal Log

Reflections: It felt great eating so much today, really felt like i got enough calories down my neck. I had football training and went to the gym so i definately needed those extra calories so i can continue to grow. The main reason i managed to fit 8 meals in today was because i got up at 7:15 am. If i can get up earlier more frequently it will really benefit me so i am going to try and get up relatively early from now on so i can eat more meals. I also felt a lot better today getting up early,, instead of getting up at 12:00 and wasting most of the day,, it felt good getting everything i needed to do, done. Overall, a reallt great day. Hope it continues tomorrow. |
