so here are the pics of my transforation,
1st one is 116kg- i look fat but i nrever remeber being fat, and i was not as fat as i look, just after a good winter bulk, you know what but i recomend it to any young guy bulk up and do it good, when u lean down ur muscles are harder and look fooler, mayeb just not as bulked as i was
2nd is bout 80kg- 3 days out from comp looking at coing into comp at bout 79 after i loose some water
