Thught i would create a thread dedicated to my transformation. this will probably help keep me motivated not that i really need much more i will statrt of with some back ground. been training for bout 5 years now. currentyl weighing 110kg leaned down to about 92kg last year and have just finished a bulk.

hahah yeah chris, (i am also a chris) yeah got leg but never take photos of them, ill take some tomorow as it is night time here and put them on

i was just abut to say before all the where are the legs coments come in ill show em tomrow.

I am 6'' (185cm)

training goes a little liek this

Monday- Back
Tuesday-shoulders
Wednesday- Morning Chest. Night- hamstrings
Thursay - Bi's and tris
Friday - Legs (quads and ligh hams)
saturday - optional use it for a lagin body part

so i nornmaly do saturaday every week becasue what body part is not lagin???

Ladies and Gentle men i am competeing in the Queensldand inba titles tomorrow and just rememebr bout this thread is started a year ago,

I stoped posting but casue kept trainign hard core.

Bulked up to 118kg man that was fun and have dieted for about 8 months to get to where i am now

so here are the pics of my transforation,

1st one is 116kg- i look fat but i nrever remeber being fat, and i was not as fat as i look, just after a good winter bulk, you know what but i recomend it to any young guy bulk up and do it good, when u lean down ur muscles are harder and look fooler, mayeb just not as bulked as i was

2nd is bout 80kg- 3 days out from comp looking at coing into comp at bout 79 after i loose some water
