Intro :
So, I will be adding more to this as time goes on, however this is my first log.
I have started (Started Monday) a six week all out regiment including Nuts, Berries, Low weights, Lots of reps, Cardio, Coatage cheese, NO PEPSI (even diet wich is a HUGE switch for me) six to seven meals a day and tons of water.
My workout is the typical five days a week working one muscle group a day. I am doing 4-6 exercises a day depending on the muscle group with 4 sets of 20 reps with a lighter weight then I am used to.
3 of the days I am doing cardio for 30-45 minutes at a time with workings on the treadmill, bike and eliptical machine.
I am starting out fresh with nothing added to my diet other then EAS protien shakes. That means I have dropped the Lipo6 and NaNO Vapor and am going to start the first three weeks this way.
Meal then shake, meal then shake and so on.
I will have more updates, I am at 234 as of this morning and that is down from 238 due to three weeks of life, not much gym time and very very poor diet choices.
I am shooting for a total of 30lbs lost durring the next six weeks. VERY hard but I am going to work for the most I can.
I have been part of this site for a lil wile, but this is my first run at a program with log involved.
As some of you have known, I was jus a short round 285lbs fat kid who now wants to follow his dream to become a cop. Well, this is my first real trip down that path with all of you along.
