mon- shoulders/traps/abs
tues-quads/calves/abs
wed-back/forearms/abs
thurs-chest/abs
fri-hams/calves/abs
sat-bis/tris/forearms abs
sun-rest

Yesterday i did
5 sets of tricep pushdowns pyrmiding up weight for less reps
5 sets of close grip bench pyrmiding up weight for less reps
4 sets of 1 arm tricep extensions pyrmiding up weight for less reps
4 sets of cable pushdowns super setted with dips
6 sets of cheat curls reaching failure on 5-7 reps throwing on 20 more pounds and cheating 3-4 more reps.
4 sets of seated dumbell curls 10-12 reps
concentration curls standing hunched over 4 sets
preacher curls 3 sets
wrist curls 3 sets

I dogged my abs cause ive only just started training them again and they were hell sore from all the curls and that. Will try to get back to abs everyday wooo.

ok dont laugh at my hair / physique
I just came off a 2 month bulk up program and have only done 1 week of my get cut program doing abs twice in that week :P but heres 2 photos. Getting cut will be easy as pie I hope:P... Im naturally a big waist guy but i can get some mean cuts im doing it all without "get cut" supplements so it could be interesting and ive never taken any roids im afraid of all that gear. all natural like a tiny baby



HERES ANOTHER MOST MUSCULAR BECAUSE SO MANY COMPLAINED ABOUT MY LAST EFFORT :P and the chest one is gone because it was taking up too much room and im sick of being teased :P

I hope this works all this stuff is confusing to me omg sorry about the size of my pics... wait why am i sorry? its my log ! :P btw im prepping for my first ever contest im 19 and going in the under 22s category... I see my main weakpoints are small arms and a large waist. My lofty goal is to add 2 inches to my arms and get my waist down to 32-34 inches for the contest and obviously add cuts all over !

i dont think you should be doing a contest just yet... you need more mass..

but if youre going to go ahead with the contest.. practice your posing big time.. read some of gumbys threads on how to pose.. he did a great job with those!

noted... my posing is excellent i cant help if the camera flashes when im not ready:P

my body will respond to volume and give me mass because i havent done volume for a long long time not to mention i move a lot more weight then you roid junkies so once i throw in a lot of sets ill kill the mass.

I just came off more then 2 months of only doing 3 sets of bis/tris work... Im still gonna compete Im juniors remember? :P

Now then today i do shoulders and traps and abs will update soon.

haha not u pain but i know i definately move more weight then "pumping iron" although if that is his most muscular then i may have misjudged him (and alas im sorry ) ...i did shoulders and traps today
I began with reverse cable flyes (i think thats what they r called.)

beggining with 5 plates a side for 15 reps did 5 sets last set was a drop set with 8 plates a side for 5 reps then 6 plates for another 3 then 5 plates for another 3.

Lying side raises. lying on a diagonal bench i did 4 sets of 10 on very light weight 25 pounds resting no longer then 30 seconds

seated dumbell press my rest was no longer then 30-45 seconds between each of the following sets.
warmed up with
12 reps on 45 pounds
12 reps on 45 pounds
4 sets of 6-10 on 70 pound dumbells
1 pump set of 45 pounds got about 10 out luckily i had me a training buddy cause i was tight.

Standing side raises
3 sets 8-10pyrimiding between
35 and 45 pounds my shoulders are burning at this stage im not used to this much volume.

front raises
3 sets 10-12 reps (i was done for at this stage)
25 pounds-45 pounds pyrmiding up through my sets

TRAPS
naturally my strong point (i never train them but am now and at 6'3 my shoulders are naturally slopey so my traps look better then they are.)

didnt really know how to pump them
smith machine rear raises
4 sets of 10-15
pyrmiding up from 200 pounds to 288
last 2 sets were supersetted with sets of failure (about 8 reps) of dumbell raises on 93 pounds.

I havent done abs yet ill leave them for later tonight. over and out log !

btw im sorry for naming my thread contest prep its more of a log for people to look at and laugh or cry or whatever. peace out haters.

1. No, this is not me. Was showing u a random picture of how to pose most muscular. If the camera went off before u were ready, then don't use it. Make a new picture :) With a less excited face please. Looks like u farted big time...
2. Just 'cause you move more weight than me, doesn't mean u are better dude. Strong doesn't equals big.

judging you by your training split and the fact that ur the only person ive had contact with that actually injects needles into themselves to help them build their body! this whole website is new to me !

2. I'm just the only one saying it in the log that I use gear. Some of the others choose not to...

yeah well its rude dissing me in my log when im in off season shape

today i do quads and calves... should be interesting i rolled my ankle playing some muck around footy yesterday i may not be able to do a drop set starting with 950 pounds on standing calf raise.

yeah everyone is but u jumped on the band wagon...its quite odd really. but alas such is life.
didnt do calves today because of my ankle injury. still did quads
5 sets of leg extensions 20 reps on 100 pounds
stretching quads kneeling and back to the floor between sets
squats 4 sets of 10-15 working up to 300 pounds on last set
5 set 8 reps on 320 pounds rest was pretty long about a minute
6th set partials on 400 pounds did 6 reps and felt the bar on my neck so i stopped.

leg presses 4 sets 15 reps on 500 pounds didnt wanna go heavy just a nice pump

heavy leg extensions started with 170 ended on 220 pounds
6-8 reps

thats it for today abs can goto hell again :P

I don't think anyone is intentionally hurting you. I can speak for me and some of the guys in here, that we just wanna help put some realisme in your head. It's great you are working out and are excited about it. But come on dude, you are not ready for a competition yet.
I/We can only judge you from the pictures. I'm not saying I'm ready for a competition, but I'm also realistic and critical of myself. It takes years of training before beeing ready for competition. Come on Pickle. That's the lamest excuse.
I don't know if you have some big ass balls or if you're just plain stupid. I would never, NEVER, post fullbody pics of myself if I wasn't 100% certain that I have something noticable. If you don't have, don't hit it, right!? If you absolutely disagree and seriously are saying that you have something great than by all means, post pictures. But be ready for some comments.
And I'm not saying you shouldn't keep at log either... You are strong, so it seems, so that's great, right!?

Keep up the great workouts, cut some fat and then start to bulk a little. I'm sure you will look great in a couple of years.

As for your opinion on steroids... That's ok, but don't assume stuff when you haven't studied the facts. If you goal is a big ass bodybuilder, then you will never achieve that without chemical help. Sorry to burst that bubble again :)

nah my goal has always been to be the best my body will allow me to be. Not the best my body with the addition of drugs will allow me to be. I would be letting myself down if I took any type of drug. Its probably just another thing like a protein shake for you guys but i could never use it. its like a moral issue for me. Its funny how your on this massive high horse claiming i dont know stuff when u havent even asked me what i know. thanks for the support with my workouts tho. Im tired of talking ill just post my workouts because i know they will be beneficial to a lot of people. XXX

and as far as me competeting im in the juniors in australia under 21s u have to be 21 or under to enter. In australia noone uses drugs at my age it will be a level playing field.

Allrighy then... Had the same moral issues a few month back but that changed after reading alot about the subject. Learned all those rumors weren't true at all. It's great u wanna stay natural, I just don't like beeing called a roid junkie or something like that by someone who only knows the rumors.

well pumping iron if you you really wanna get disrespecfull, i can easilly point out that most lickly the only reason youve taking a large hate towards pickel is probably because he looks better then you do and the sad part is he is natural which probably means you have terriable genetics(going based on your pictures) or you just dont now how to train. dont hate man, is making you lack progress in the gym, now put that in your pipe and smoke it...!

well said, and very big of you not to say no more, as for gumby who are you? i aint friends with pickel, i have never talked to him, but he is just posting his log maybe he does look a little folish and that was a very funny comment how the camarea flashed when he was't ready, but still no need to pick on the guy... and as for gumby you say im small!! well at least i know your the type of person to point and make silly accusation of something you know nothing about, if im small what are you?

meh, im not even gonna get into this little bitch fest. And to Pickle, i appologize that we have all turned your Log into a flame war, seekinfo just needs to learn his place.
