im super setting everything now ive scrapped my old program this is wat my new one looks like
1:chest/back
2:shoulders/bis/tris
3: repeat 1
4:repeat 2
5: repeat 1
6: quads/hams (fuck em they are 30 inches and way too big for my upper body they dont deserve attention!)
7: rest
calves,forearms and abs i do whenever i can spare time
today so far i did chest and back supersetted
started with
incline bench 5 sets 8-10
chins 5 sets6-12 (they r getting hard i weigh 110 kilos when i was 16 i weighed 77)
then i did flat bench dumbells with bent over rows
machine flat bench presses with cable rows
flat bench flys with one arm dumbell row
reverse grip pull down with machine flys
machine pull overs 5 sets
sets were 4-5 for no less then 6 reps (im getting lazy with this online thing:P)
