Monday, i'll start a training and diet log over here for 6 weeks! Actually, i'm 18, 5f9, 186 lbs with 13% bodyfat! Monday, I will start my cycle with Methyl 1-d, l Gh-1, liquid Masterdrol and Formadrol as pct. I am also taking all these other products:
ON whey, ON bcaa 5000 powder, fish oil, milk thistle, saw palmetto, multivitamins, flax seed oil and also hawthorn berry.
My cycle will look at this:
week 1 - methyl 1d+masterdrol+l gh 1
week 2 - methyl 1d+masterdrol+l gh 1
week 3 - methyl 1d+masterdrol+l gh 1
week 4 - methyl 1d+masterdrol+l gh 1
week 5 - formadrol
week 6 - formadrol
I am gonna take 6 caps of methyl 1d/day, 4 caps of l gh1/day, 16 ml of masterdrol before my workouts! For the pct, i'll take 4 pills/day of formadrol!
I'll try sticking to my strict diet and I will post everything I eat over here! Monday or tuesday i'm gonna post some pictures of me right now, then at the end of my cycle, i'll take new ones!
So this is it! Tomorrow i'll take a day off before starting everything monday!
