for the last 3 weeks i've been battling 275 on squats for 6 repts x 4 sets...
last week was able to get 295lbs x 6 reps for 3 sets...
this morning set a bench mark. 275 for 10 reps on 2 sets unassisted. nailed a 3rd at 275 for 8 reps. felt like my legs were going to give out (no spotter for the last 2 reps)...
can't wait for my next leg day... i'm pumped for today's progress!
