well here it is fellas...ive been debating on posting a thread like this but ive decided to finally go through with it lol. right now im not in the best shape because ive lost about 8-10 lbs from having a flu all of last week and continuing through today..although today i feel much better from before...thank the lord.
im currently 176lbs..i was 185 last saturday before i was hospitalized..so its a bit of a setback..but im as determined as ive ever been to get everything i lost back
i changed my training routine as well..going from a 5 day down to a 4 day training regimine. my split looks like this:
monday- chest/biceps
tuesday-legs/calves
wednesday-shoulders/forearms
thursday-off
friday-back/tri's
saturday-off
sunday-off
as far as dieting goes. with me having cystic fibrosis, i really need to intake enormous amounts of food to make sufficient gains. since the flu is basically done kicking my ass, i started back on my usual diet that works best for me.
