well here it is fellas...ive been debating on posting a thread like this but ive decided to finally go through with it lol. right now im not in the best shape because ive lost about 8-10 lbs from having a flu all of last week and continuing through today..although today i feel much better from before...thank the lord.

im currently 176lbs..i was 185 last saturday before i was hospitalized..so its a bit of a setback..but im as determined as ive ever been to get everything i lost back

i changed my training routine as well..going from a 5 day down to a 4 day training regimine. my split looks like this:

monday- chest/biceps
tuesday-legs/calves
wednesday-shoulders/forearms
thursday-off
friday-back/tri's
saturday-off
sunday-off

as far as dieting goes. with me having cystic fibrosis, i really need to intake enormous amounts of food to make sufficient gains. since the flu is basically done kicking my ass, i started back on my usual diet that works best for me.

this is basically the introduction, but il post my meal plan in another post

today this is how my meals will go:

meal 1- 3 scoop protein shake, 2 packets of cinnamon spice oatmeal, 2 glasses of orange juice, vitamins(multi v, fish oils)

meal 2- 2 cans tuna fish, 3-4 slices of provalone cheese, 4-5 slices of whole wheat bread,1 whole tomato

meal 3- 16oz ground beef, 4-5 slices of bread, small salad

meal 4- 3-4 scoops protein shake, granola bars

meal 5- basically whatever is for dinner(chicken,steak,etc),2 sweet potatoes

meal 6(kinda like a late night snack)- 3tbs of all natural peanut butter, 2 bananas

Make sure the bread is whole grain. Throw some milk or cottage cheese in your last meal.

You have to take extra enzymes due to your cf correct? Is there any other ways it changes your diet?

the bread is whole grain bro

and i usually eat cottage cheese..but today i dont think i am...since i ran out =/ lol

and as far as the dygestive enzymes go, they dont affect the diet. they just help my body absorb everything better

on another note for the actuall thread itself...the supplements i plan on taking are the following:

optimum nutrition whey protein
optimum nutrition bcaa's
arginine caps
nutrex vitargo cgl
multivitamins

any other suggestions for supplements?
