So fellas i've hit hurdle after hurdle, my latest being that my second molar was infected to the point that the pain even with vicodin was enough to make me want to curl up.
Long story short, tooth was pulled, I still need another tooth out, but tommorow i'm going to the gym, my diet is going to be shit for the next week or two because I can't eat alot of foods. But i'll get what I can.
So this is what I have planned for tommorow or thursday.

Dumbbell flyes
Triceps -
Pulldowns
Skull krushers
tricep extensions
tricep kickbacks
Biceps -
Dumbbell curls
Hammer curls
Preacher curls
14's (my variations on 21's)
