So fellas i've hit hurdle after hurdle, my latest being that my second molar was infected to the point that the pain even with vicodin was enough to make me want to curl up.

Long story short, tooth was pulled, I still need another tooth out, but tommorow i'm going to the gym, my diet is going to be shit for the next week or two because I can't eat alot of foods. But i'll get what I can.

So this is what I have planned for tommorow or thursday.

Chest -
Benchpress
Incline Bench
Dumbell bench
Pull overs
Dumbbell flyes

Triceps -
Pulldowns
Skull krushers
tricep extensions
tricep kickbacks

Biceps -
Dumbbell curls
Hammer curls
Preacher curls
14's (my variations on 21's)

Any comments, suggestions, or jokes, all accepted.

Thanks for the support guys.

For the mean time I think i'll just concentrate on strength gaining and jumping straight back into the thick of things. When I can eat normally again i'll be on a 10-20 week bulk.

if it was me i would get rid of either biceps or triceps. so for example i would train chest and triceps. Also after a chest workout that is a lot of exercisaes you have for triceps so personally i would only stick to 2-3 exercises.
