^^^ on your first page! is this pounds or kilos? i dont think our calf raises bench thing will even hold that much! but then i see in anougher log there are seated and standing calf raises. how do you do the standing ones? is that standing or seated?^
and ya ^thats what i thought you ment with the timing i was just thinking that going to be alot of counting as you run lol '37..f*#k what was i at'.. have you ever done breath training? i started to do this one..you jog, breath in for one second out for one second, do a lap breathing like this. then in for 2 seconds out for 2..lap. making you breath last in for three, out for the count of three..i think i got up to 8 some guys can do like 16.

ice underlined cold water i heard this may not be good for you, why do you drink 'ice' cold? also this guy mentioned to take echinacea if you are sick. for it to be most benfical you have to start taking it when you start feeling sick or are in a stressful situatioon when you think you might get sick and take it 3 times a day. also only get the augustifoila not the purplea the purplea has never worked for me and the augustafoila always does i am sick mabey once a year. also dont take it for more then a week and a half your body immunes to it quite quickly.
