Upperbody, i'm going to eat around 2 ounces of cheese, get a big glass of water, pop a fish oil pill and head over there, probably will take a whey shake with me. I'm going to stick to machine work however, my biggest fall back last year was that I wasn't using enough free weight for chest, I figure why start now and get the body even a bit used to it, when I can reap the benefits of what is going to feel a whole lot difference when I bulk for 30 weeks.
