Ok, so I actually messed up on my diet today and im going to stay up another 2 extra hours to get in the rest of my food. I have no idea how I didn't plan my meals right. Basically i've been up the entire day since 9:50 am to 12:27, so for more than 12 hours and only got in roughly 105 grams of fat and roughly 100 grams of protein (had food that I wasn't too sure off the fat and protein). I've also had around 8 carbs.
I have a spread sheet with the foods that im consuming every day, their macro breakdown and I make combinations of them.
Today i've had.
3 servings of peperoni
2 hot dogs
3 strawberry protein shakes
2 servings of olive oil
Mustard.
Red pepper flakes
Little bit of steak and beef
Around a quarter pound of turkey.
Going to stay up about another 2 hours, get in one last meal, head to bed. I have to bring enough food with me to last through school tommorow, so that means waking up early to get it ready.
