Ok, so I actually messed up on my diet today and im going to stay up another 2 extra hours to get in the rest of my food. I have no idea how I didn't plan my meals right. Basically i've been up the entire day since 9:50 am to 12:27, so for more than 12 hours and only got in roughly 105 grams of fat and roughly 100 grams of protein (had food that I wasn't too sure off the fat and protein). I've also had around 8 carbs.

I have a spread sheet with the foods that im consuming every day, their macro breakdown and I make combinations of them.

Today i've had.

3 servings of peperoni
2 hot dogs
3 strawberry protein shakes
2 servings of olive oil
Mustard.
Red pepper flakes
Little bit of steak and beef
Around a quarter pound of turkey.

Going to stay up about another 2 hours, get in one last meal, head to bed. I have to bring enough food with me to last through school tommorow, so that means waking up early to get it ready.

damn, sucks about the timeing. Any update on body composition?? sugar free pudding with chocolate egg protein is pretty bomb.

I'm 15.3 percent body fat, so at least 15 percent maybe 16.

What's the brand that makes the sugar free pudding?

On ketosis you have to be careful not to get in any sugar alcohols either, so that means none of that sugar free gum either that has sugar alcohols.

oh lol... i'm not sure of the brand i just get whatever sugar free brand i can find, i generally go for off brands *yep im a cheap bastard*. Never paid attention to if it contained sugar alcohols... shame on me :-( going to have to remember to check that out next time.

About a week I think. I was eating alot of sugar free gum, so I kept my level of ketosis down by mistake. Stupid move on my part for not reading the label with enough caution.

Generic brands are cheaper, doesn't mean they aren't good! Saves money, its not dog food lol.

I wish I could get to a wholesale store, that would save me loads of cash.

For my carb load, the book said I could get carbs from any source, theres a candy wholesale store, i've been contemplating buying that.

haha... nice. I have a sam's club member ship i got 12 lbs of bonless skinless chicken breast plus 6 lbs of whey for 60 bucks :-/ cant beat that with a stick.

Well I finished finals, got over being sick, going to start CKD either tommorow or I might start tonight. I've pulled out the suggested weightraining guide for CKD and it looks something like this for my next workout.

Excercise Sets Reps Rest Extra
Squats 4 8-10 90 1-3 warm ups
Leg curl 4 8-10 90 1-3 warm ups
Leg Extension OR high feet leg press 2 10-12 60
seated leg curl 2 10-12 60
standing calf raise 4 8-10 90 1-3 warm ups
seated calf raise 2 10-12 60
reverse crunch 2 15-20 60
crunch 2 15-20 60


I will wind up adding 2-3 more sets for each body part. Each set will be around 45-60 seconds worth of work. I'm not really looking forward to cutting down weight too much. I don't think i'll be depressed at 160 pounds, more so that I'm going to be hesistant to want to walk around being that thin.
