dem forgot to post...dem that was ****ed up weekend....
leg day:
leg extension:15x55kg,15x65kg,12x75kg,10x85kg
one leg press:12x2 plates,12x2plates,10x3plates,8x4plates
squats:12x60kg,12x60kg,10x80kg,8x100kg
walking lunges with a 20kg dumbbell 4 sets
leg curls:12x20kg,10x30kg,8x40kg,8x50kg
some kind of reverse leg extension:10x10kg,10x20kg,8x30kg,8x40kg
then some calves i think i did 30 sets. sometimes i want to do more lol
and stretch a bit for like 20 mins then after i had a mc donalds big mac and fries and a coke

good ol leg day
quads:
leg extension 2 set warm up 20-30kg
squats:60kg12x,70kg12x,80kg10x,90kg10x,100kg8x
smith machine front squats:12x40kg,12x50kg,10x60kg,8x70kg
leg press wide stance:12x3plates,12x5plates,10x6plates,8x8plates
leg extension:12x50kg,10x60kg,8x70kg,8x85kg
hamstrings:
leg curls:12x10kg,10x15kg,8x20kg,8x30kg
walking lunges:with 20kg bb 4 times
stiff leg deadlift with a db:12x15kg(too light),12x20kg,10x22kg,10x27,5kg

after that a personal trainer who speaks at the icelandic bb show he asked me when im gonna compete again and i just told him when im ready. it was kindy like he tougt i wasn´t gonna compete again and i told watch out for me in the future im gonna compete over and over again i told him and told him i will be the biggest bb of iceland!!!
