well itīs not a comeback. iīve just not done my log in a while now

chest day

bb incline bench press
10*50kg
8*60kg
8*60kg

db flat bench press
10*27kg
8*30kg
5*30kg

db flat flyes
10*16kg
8*18kg
8*22kg

dips 3 sets of 20,18,15 pretty slow just getting a more pump

i tryed to do 70kg on the incline but i only got one so stopped and decreased the weight to 60kg so that just the way it is

btw i gained 10 lbs last week, im very happy about that

8*17kg- could have done 20kg but i prefer to have a good form so i did a little less but good form

i got super pumped in the bicep and also i was pretty happy with deads coz i got pretty good on those 130kg(315lbs i think)
