Hey Everyone could realy use some help.I need a diet plan thats simple to understand like how many calories a day an what to eat when to eat it.that i can actually find to buy.an how much calories an fat to take in so heres my stats I weigh currently about 155 im about 10 to 12% BF.

im only 5'4 short i know i know lol.An my workout is Mon cardio then tuesday-friay fullbody plus cardio.Sat,Sunday off.With cardio on days off like walking or jogging.

Layne's sticky in the nutrition/natural bodybuilding section. I already told you. You shouldn't want people to just make you a diet. You need to be willing and wanting to learn or you are in the wrong sport.

My problem is you ask the same questions in multiple threads day after day. You are not going to find a better guide to cutting than what Layne already assembled.

bud, you do ask the same questions day in and day out...we can only give u assistance so far, you need to be willing to go on the rest yourself, u cant just let someone assemble and even DO your wo's for you. take some matters into your own hands and to tell you the truth Freak knows his shit, so as far as finding someone smarter, its going to be tough.

Wow man. BBDerek, you don't have to explode on Freak like that. He's one of the nicest guys we have here. I understand you want help and info, but as freak stated, there are numerous threads on all that stuff. Do a search, then if you can't find it, as a last resort, make a thread about it. I'll lay it out plain and simple:
Weight Loss:
Good diet. Cut caloric intake by a bit. Hard work paired with determination. You don't need any supps to lose weight, just eat smart, healthy, and work out like a maniac in the gym.
Suppliment:
Hard Work, there's no substiute for it.
Workout Schedual:
Do a simple 4x10 workout with a set to failure at the end. The sheer work from the failure set will trigger your body to realize you're not screwing arround. Then do a cardio session every other day with a lot of warmup each day.
Hope that clairfies EVERYTHING

Hold the fuck on buddy!! Multiple times you have asked these questions and multiple times you were told where you can find the information you need. Nobody is going to custom taylor you an entire diet and supplement plan because only you can figure out what works for you. As for getting advise from somebody smarter??? Good luck, Freak is one of the most informative people you will ever meet so dont attack him just because you dont understand something. If you need somebody to clarify something then ask but dont ask us to tell you what you need, that would just personify the dumb musclehead steriotype that people have about bodybuilders.

Yo dude the advice does not change from day to day. You have been told multiple times and either your just playing dumb or your trying to get people pissed off.
