diet & training for the 22nd sep

today i had the one training session this morning in my usual gym...i a brutal chest day

25min cardio on ski mach

flat bench
1X20 220lbs
1X20 264lb
1X20 308lbs
1X8 396lbs
1X4 440lbs

flat bench wide grip (smith)
3X20 264lbs

db incline bench
2X8 150lbs
2X6 180lbs
1X2 200lbs
1X40 50lbs

leaning weighted dips
1X10 no weight
5X5 407lbs bw + 3 plates

seated bench
5X5 440lbs
1X15 220lbs

peck deck
3X15 220lbs

flyes
1X20 80lbs per side

cable crossovers
2X20 110lbs per side

meals for today

meal 1 - 10 egg whites, oatmeal, strawberries, flax seed, EPA, multi vitamin, arginine, milk thistle, taurine

meal 2 - PreWO, 100g met rx supreme whey, 5g creatine mono, oatmeal
WO - bcaa, carb drink, packet of dried fruit right after cardio, before i lift
meal 3 - PostWO, 100g reflex whey, 5g creatine mono & powdered dextrose, 2 bananas, rice cakes

meal 4 - 3 chicken fillets, brocolli, oatmeal

meal 5 - 20 egg whites mixed with green beans & 2 chicken legs

meal 6 - brown rice, tomatoes, left over goat curry lol...yogurt

meal 7 - CHEAT MEAL, at indian restaurant, picture to come, don't know what exactly i had, but i ate ALOT, lol

meal 8 - 300g ON serious mass, yogurt, 1 apple

meal 9 - haven't had yet, but the usual 50g reflex miccelar casein in semi skimmed milk with 600mg of 6 OXO & bcaa

all of that was mine including all that bread on the other side of the table...my friends just had the one dish each which they couldn't finish, lol...

wow great thred LBJ nice to see someone soooo big from England cant believe what you eat and what you lift, ure a real insapation for anyone who wants to get big especially me rightn ow. ive been to fitness first as well before and i know what u mean about all the chavs/pillocks hanging around! hope u had fun flexing infront of them making them feel small wahahahaha!! keep up the good work mate and looking forward to following ure progress!
