meal 1 - 10 egg whites, oatmeal, strawberries, flax seed, EPA, multi vitamin, arginine, milk thistle, taurine
meal 2 - PreWO, 100g met rx supreme whey, 5g creatine mono, oatmeal
WO - bcaa, carb drink, packet of dried fruit right after cardio, before i lift
meal 3 - PostWO, 100g reflex whey, 5g creatine mono & powdered dextrose, 2 bananas, rice cakes
meal 4 - 3 chicken fillets, brocolli, oatmeal
meal 5 - 20 egg whites mixed with green beans & 2 chicken legs
meal 6 - brown rice, tomatoes, left over goat curry lol...yogurt
meal 7 - CHEAT MEAL, at indian restaurant, picture to come, don't know what exactly i had, but i ate ALOT, lol
meal 8 - 300g ON
serious mass, yogurt, 1 apple
meal 9 - haven't had yet, but the usual 50g reflex miccelar
casein in semi skimmed milk with 600mg of 6 OXO & bcaa
