meal 1 - 3 toasted tomatoes sandwiches, yogurt, 20 egg whites (lol) i was hungry
meal 2 - PreWO 75g met rx supreme whey, 5g creatine mono, oatmeal
WO - bcaa, carb drink
meal 3 - PostWO 100g reflex instant whey, 5g creatine, 1 banana, white rice
meal 4 - pasta, tuna, tomatoes, 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
meal 5 - 2chicken & 2 cod fillets, asparagus
meal 6 - brown rice, goat curry mixed with veggies
meal 7 - PreWO 2, 334g On
serious mass
meal 8 - PostWO 2, 100g reflex whey, rice cakes with strawberrie jam, gatorade
meal 9 - goat curry, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, 2 wholemeal pitta
meal 10 - 75g met rx whey, broccoli, 1 apple
meal 11 before bed - 50g reflex micellar
casein, bcaa, 600mg 6 OXO
i'm up by another 2lbs this evening with all this food i'm eating, sure to be that much lighter by the morning though
cheat day tommorow, lol...bring it on, chinese buffet & KFC
