meal 1 - 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 wholemeal toasted tomatoe & tuna sandwiches, flax seed, multi vitamin, EPA, arginine, taurine, milk thistle
meal 2 - PreWO, 100g met rx supreme whey in semi skimmed milk, 5g creatine mono, 5g glutamine, 5 larges strawberries, 1 yogurt
WO - bcaa, 1 litre water, quick carb drink
meal 3 - PostWO, 100g reflex instant whey, 5g creatine mono, 5g glutamine, 3 bananas, white rice with coconut seasoning
meal 4 - pasta, tuna, lamb, mash potatoe, mixed steamed veggies
meal 5 - brown rice, chicken, mixed boiled veggies
meal 6 - chicken, lamb, brown pitta bread, home made mint sauce
meal 7 - PreWO 2, 100g ON
serious mass with natural peanut butter
meal 8 - PostWO 2, 300g ON serious mass
meal 9 - 2 chicken legs, 1 kiwi, watermelon
meal 10 - currently eating lol...2 chicken steaks, green beans
before bed, for meal 11 - 50g reflex miccelar
