meal 5 - brown rice, chicken, mixed boiled veggies

meal 6 - chicken, lamb, brown pitta bread, home made mint sauce

meal 7 - PreWO 2, 100g ON serious mass with natural peanut butter

meal 8 - PostWO 2, 300g ON serious mass

meal 9 - 2 chicken legs, 1 kiwi, watermelon

meal 10 - currently eating lol...2 chicken steaks, green beans

before bed, for meal 11 - 50g reflex miccelar casein, glutamine, bcaa, & 600mg 6 OXO
holy cow! and i thought i ate alot lol...you must eat every hour or so man haha cause i can barely fit in 6 meals a day..and your doubling that...make sure you do your cardio...so you dont end up like ben stiller at the end of dodgeball lol...jk

meal 2 - half an hr before training
meal 3 - imediatly after training
meal 4 - an hr later
meal 5 - 2 hrs later
meal 6 - hr & a half later
meal 7 - right before WO
meal 8 - right after WO
meal 9 - 1 hr later
meal 10 - 1 hr later
meal 11 - right before bed

i try do 2 WOs a day bro, i normally do a bit of cardio (20mins) before i lift every session
