squats - 5X12 300lbs
5X5 600lbs

front squats - 5X5 600lbs on smith

leg press - 5X12 800lbs

leg extentions - 4X20 250lbs
1X3 400lbs

laying leg curls - 5X10 200lbs

stiff legged deads - 5X5 440lbs

leg curls - 4X4 396lbs

my first decent leg day i've had in a few weeks...pics being uploaded tonight

Nice quads and great front double bi!!! One area of improvement appears to be calves. They are probably big in terms of absolute value but relative to your quads they look small.

lol...i'd love to, but...

1, LONDON IS VERY EXPENSIVE

2, i spend ALOT of money for my food & supps every month &

3, i have many bills to pay

& 4, i'm currently paying my brothers way too, since he's a student & my parents have cut him off completly so he can get a job...that was 2 years ago, & still no job...i don't mind giving him money cos he has good ambitions, when he isn't at college, he's lifting, when he isn't lifting, he's MMA training...

diet & WO 2 for the 20th sep...

2nd WO of the day was just 1 hr of cardio & 30mins of crunches, nothing big this evening

TODAYS DIET

meal 1 - 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 wholemeal toasted tomatoe & tuna sandwiches, flax seed, multi vitamin, EPA, arginine, taurine, milk thistle

meal 2 - PreWO, 100g met rx supreme whey in semi skimmed milk, 5g creatine mono, 5g glutamine, 5 larges strawberries, 1 yogurt

WO - bcaa, 1 litre water, quick carb drink

meal 3 - PostWO, 100g reflex instant whey, 5g creatine mono, 5g glutamine, 3 bananas, white rice with coconut seasoning

meal 4 - pasta, tuna, lamb, mash potatoe, mixed steamed veggies

meal 5 - brown rice, chicken, mixed boiled veggies

meal 6 - chicken, lamb, brown pitta bread, home made mint sauce

meal 7 - PreWO 2, 100g ON serious mass with natural peanut butter

meal 8 - PostWO 2, 300g ON serious mass

meal 9 - 2 chicken legs, 1 kiwi, watermelon

meal 10 - currently eating lol...2 chicken steaks, green beans

before bed, for meal 11 - 50g reflex miccelar casein, glutamine, bcaa, & 600mg 6 OXO

LBJ, just out of curiosity when you do your bulk around what BF do you tend to end at or do you just simply go by the mirror or always just a set weight no matter what BF is you get there??

i generally don't go beyond 17% by the calipers, although when bulking i retain a great amount of water...during cuts, within the first 6 weeks, i normally shed about 3-4%...

i'm now back up to 272 at 12.9%bf...8lbs to go to hit my goal but i want to keep bf below 15, before i cut again...i'm looking at another 6-8 weeks left on this bulk, before another cut...
