day 3 - back, traps & bi's
day 4 - off
day 5 - tri's & chest
day 6 - off
day 7 - off
back to day 1
skullcrushers 5X10
close grip bench 5X10
weighted dips 5X10
rope press downs 3X20
barbell extentions 3X10
kickbacks 6Xfailure
cable press downs for the final burn 6Xfailure
give it a go for 12-16 weeks
