lbjlb..........he's helping me build some serious mass on my tri's i'm on a 3 day split now, i just was wondering about his tri workouts and if there's anything i can incorporate into my workout to help build some extra mass to fully fill my arms out

day 1 - tri's & shoulders
day 2 - legs & calves
day 3 - back, traps & bi's
day 4 - off
day 5 - tri's & chest
day 6 - off
day 7 - off
back to day 1

skullcrushers 5X10
close grip bench 5X10
weighted dips 5X10
rope press downs 3X20
barbell extentions 3X10
kickbacks 6Xfailure
cable press downs for the final burn 6Xfailure

give it a go for 12-16 weeks

personally id suggest doing calves on their own day seeing as how the thighs are worn out, you wouldnt be giving it your all, which is what usually happens with people, they do all the squat excercises and then go slack on calves so my slight suggestion is maybe do them on arm day and go all out with 3-4 excercises with heavy weights

^^^some cases it's true, but persoanlly it's a mind over matter thing...this way when you're working legs & calves on the same day, your calves should work harder as your quads are more fatigued so you can't rely on them so much, but i do hear you bro...
