Chest workout + Biceps + Abs
Chest -
1) Incline dumbell press 4 sets 12/10/8/8/9 (i dunnu last set i got some
adrenaline pump or something.. cant explain..)
2) Chest machine (butterfly...) 4 sets 10/8/8/6
3) Cable Cross's 4 sets 12/10/8/6
Biceps
1) Standing barbell curls 4 sets 10/8/8/6
2) Dumbells sitting 4 sets 20/18/16/14 (aka for both hands)
3) 1 Arm at a time dumbell on W couch 3 sets none stop with 12 kg's...
Abs
The usuall.
Felt good, great arms pump. thats about it i drank the shake and the gym trainer started yelling at me because i stayed too long (he needed to close lol)
