cant afford meat atm, and i about always have it on my breasd or for dinner, or both...



new update, losing weight, 191,8 lbs today... this has been the worst week in my life.. i have no time to eat, train or update here so i will just tell u my diet has been poor today and this is what i did for workout today. didnt have time to complete the whole so i selected a few exercises:

Torsdag(Chest/Shoulder/Triceps)
- Bench press
- Shoulder press
- tricep pushdowns
- Shoulder raises on machine
- Dumbbell bench press

i gotta 2nd what chris said... take a cheat day or two.. even if you cant pack in the 6 meals or work out... you'll be resting and regenerating your energy levels...

actually i am.. but its not from bbing, its from the fucking school.. even the best students in class (well that actually includes me) cant get the exercises done to the right time.. bear in mind these have like 10 hours of spare time every day they can do homework on.. i have maybe 3 hours.. if im lucky.. i know im exhausted but now school is over for this week... my body is also losing a lot of weight atm.. i was a little under 190 today =( im going to a birthday party today and tomorrow, i will bring lots of food and protein bars.. im sick of letting things ruin my passion!

200 here i come!

dude, school definitely takes a lot out of you, but once you hit college (i guess its secondary school over there or whatever) its a whole dif. ballgame.take your time and recover bud!

thx for ur support... im more geared than ever and i tried to keep an okey diet today.. i start fo'real monday next week, where i will be strict. and if i miss a meal im gonna damn force it down later.. im punishing myself, but i cant afford to lose more weight now.. i need to push 200 soon... ive set a goal! 200 by the end of october! and i will make it!

diet today:

07.20: 2 slices of bread ()+ 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

09.45: 2 slice of bread ()

11.30: 3 slices of bread ()

12.50: 1 slice of bread()

14.30: Protein shake

15.00: Dinner ()

15.00-17.30: Sleep


17.30: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets + 3 slices of bread

18.00: 2 slices of bread ()

19.30: Protein shake + 1 slice of bread

21.30: MDY Megabite Protein bar

22.30: MDY Megabite Protein Bar

23.40: Can of tuna + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets + 125g yoghurt + 1 slice of bread

Bedtime

hope this is an okey diet for today.. i was in a birthday party so i had to live of protein bars for 3,5 hours...

daaamn i remember when i first weighed 200... i was 19 years old.

i was stuck at 185 for a loong time. i think when i was 16... that freshman 15 really helped! lol

it's weird though, i'm used to being this weight that when i get below 200 all i wanna do is eat and when i get up over 205 all i wanna do is cut....
