16.00: 2 slices of bread () + banana
17.30: Protein shake
18.00: 3 slices of bread ()
20.00: 185 grams of pistasie nuts
22.00: 2 slices of bread ()
22.30: can of tuna
23.00: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets
23.15: 4-5 dl skim milk
then good night.. i would love to stay up and post but i wanna grow^^ c ya all tomorrow
