still dropping weight =S but my abs are getting clearer by the day.. and im not even trying to cut lol!^^
nutriiton today:
09.30: 2 slices of bread + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
10.30: Can of tuna
12.00: 3 slices of bread
15.00: 3 slices of bread + banana
17.00: Protein shake
19.00: Pizza (again unfortunately =/ )
20.00: Chips
22.30: 2 slices of bread + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
23.00: 3/4 can of tuna
23.50: 4-5 dl of skim milk
No workout today... as maybe some of u know, i have injured my tibia bone and cannot put to mych pressure on it the next weeks, therefore, no leg workouts and no P.E at school =/
