12.50: 1 slice of bread()

14.20: Dinner ()

15.45: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets + Protein shake

16.00: 3 slices of bread ()

19.45: 2 slices of bread + protein shake

20.20: 3-4 slices of bread ()

21.55: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets


felt sick today so i couldnt finish all my last meals

ok, today i went to some activities on a youth club so my evening meals were pretty fucked up, but i made sure i kept myself full of protein


07.20: 1 slices of bread ()+ 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

09.45: 1 slice of bread ()

11.30: 3 slices of bread ()

12.50: 1 slice of bread()

14.30: Protein shake

15.00: Dinner ()

15.45: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

16.00: 3 slices of bread ()

18.00: Banana + 4 slices of bread ()


snack: 7dl of milk

cheat meal

snack: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets

Off day today

now im gonna get some sleep.. c ya... maybe this was whats needed for me to grow.. my body jumps through plateus in the weirdest things

still dropping weight =S but my abs are getting clearer by the day.. and im not even trying to cut lol!^^

nutriiton today:

09.30: 2 slices of bread + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

10.30: Can of tuna

12.00: 3 slices of bread

15.00: 3 slices of bread + banana

17.00: Protein shake

19.00: Pizza (again unfortunately =/ )

20.00: Chips

22.30: 2 slices of bread + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

23.00: 3/4 can of tuna

23.50: 4-5 dl of skim milk


No workout today... as maybe some of u know, i have injured my tibia bone and cannot put to mych pressure on it the next weeks, therefore, no leg workouts and no P.E at school =/
