well new update.. weighed in at 190,5 today ^^ finally in the 190's
meal 1: 2 slices of bread (1 fish, 1 peanut butter) + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
meal 2: 4 slices of bread (1 fish, 1 peanut butter, 2 cheese)
snack: 1 slice of bread (cheese)
snack: 75grams of cornflakes with 2dl of milk
meal 3: potatoes, even more potatoes, sausage, meat and vegetables
snack: Protein shake and 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
snack: 150 grams of chips (very good supplement for those extra calories)
meal 4: 4 slices of bread (2 fish, 1 peanut butter and 1 cheese)
snack: can of tuna + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
Casein meal: unknown, i puked up a lot yesterday so i might skip it today.. we'll see... 4-5 dl of skim milk
No workout today due to home work day^^
