my nutrition today:
meal one: 160 grams of oatmeal + 3dl of milk
meal 2: 3 slices of bread (2 cheese and meat + one fish)
snack: protein shake
meal 3: potatoes, mixed vegetables, pork
snack: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets
meal 4: protein shake + 4 slices of bread (3 peanut butter and 1 cheese and meat.)
meal 5: 3 slices of bread (2 fish, 1 peanut butter)
snack: can of tuna + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets
Casein meal: 4-5 dl of skim milk
Workout today:
Torsdag (Biceps/Triceps/Forearms):
- Bench press
- Barbell Curls
- Tricep Pushdown
- Incline curls
- Tricep pushdowns with rope
- Preacher curl
-Dips
- Situps/abdominal flexion
