my day today:
woke up 07.00

First meal: 2 slices of bread (2 fish)

snack: pear

snack: 1 slice of bread (cheese and meat)

meal 2: 3 slices of bread (1 fish, 1 peanut butter and 1 cheese)

snack: 1 slice of bread (cheese and meat)

meal 3: potatoes, brown sauce, mixed vegetables, sausages and meatballs

meal 4: 3 slices of bread (2 peanut butter and 1 fish)

meal 5: 60grams of cornflakes + 3 dl of milk + 3 slices of bread (1 peanut butter and 2 cheese and meat)

snack: protein shake

snack: can of tuna

casein meal: 4-5 dl of skim milk

update for today:
weighed in at 185lbs...

my nutrition today:

meal one: 160 grams of oatmeal + 3dl of milk

meal 2: 3 slices of bread (2 cheese and meat + one fish)

snack: protein shake

meal 3: potatoes, mixed vegetables, pork

snack: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets

meal 4: protein shake + 4 slices of bread (3 peanut butter and 1 cheese and meat.)

meal 5: 3 slices of bread (2 fish, 1 peanut butter)

snack: can of tuna + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein Tablets

Casein meal: 4-5 dl of skim milk


Workout today:
Torsdag (Biceps/Triceps/Forearms):
- Bench press
- Barbell Curls
- Tricep Pushdown
- Incline curls
- Tricep pushdowns with rope
- Preacher curl
-Dips
- Situps/abdominal flexion

all my slices of bread are big and thick too, so yeah.. my mom buys a lot of bread... ^^ luckily the most healthy bread u get on the supermarket is the cheapest too, it costs 5NOK = 0.75$ =)
