okay.. new day again...^^
My nutrition today:
Meal 1: 150grams of oatmeal along with 3 dl of milk
snack: banana + 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets
Meal 2: 120grams of oatmeal along with 2,5dl of milk
Workout
Post workout: Protein shake + 200 grams of oatmeal
snack: 25 Wrange Turbo Protein tablets
Meal 3: 1 turkey bruger, 100 grams of chicken breast, 50 grams of potato chips (didnt have potatoes today), 75grams of mixed salad and 2 cornplants.. (dont know what i should translate it too so i say plants:P
Meal 4: 5 slices of bread (2 peanut butter, 2 fish and one cheese) + protein shake
snack: can of tuna
casein meal: 4-5 dl of milk
Workout today:
it was really crappy, cause a friend of mine wanted a bench competition and i said yes, and i had pre- exhausted my triceps...
Barbell curls
tricep pushdowns with rope
Tricep pushdowns with bar
Incline curls
Reverse curls
Tricep press
Abdominal Flexion
and i put up 187lbs on the bench and managed it...^^ new record

i actually would have managed 198lbs but my spotter lifted the weight for me when i was a little over the middle cause he thought i was losing it =/ but i will manage next week.. it was easy
