Benchpress - Instead of pushdown

80x0 - Almost had it. I'll do it next time as the fist exercise. Didn't get it up because of the tricep training.
When I was done with the dips a friend came over to me and wanted me to train some benchpress with him. My tricep was so sore that 50kg wore super heavy. When I startet with 60kg he said, after 4 reps: "Stop! Stop! You're gonna try 80kg". Then I became a litte nervous, 'cause I've never tried anything more than 70kg, and I only managed 2 reps then. The other reason was my tricep. I was really sore after the nose breakers and dips. I didn't get the bar all the way up, but I will next time! No triceps training before the bench.
