decided to do a journal on here so heres my workout for today.

Triceps:
Barbell Extension's: 145,135,125,115,105lbs 3 sets of 10....100,95,85,75,65,55,45,35,25,15,10,5lbs 2 sets of 25
Dips: 4 sets of 50
2 Arm Dumbell Extension:30lbs 2 sets of 60
1 Arm Dumbell Extension:30,lbs 2 sets of 10...20lbs 2 sets of 25,10lbs 2 sets of 25,10lbs 2 sets of 25,8lbs 2 sets of 10.
Felt pretty good freakin getting hot here in cali thats why I stoped I was sweating up a stom but that was my workout for today.

Im 5'9" 240 or so I just got over a stomach virus these past two days so I was crapping my brains out so there went some water weight lol... i lift Monday-Saturday most of the time. I change my workout routine so much it doesnt stay the same most the time I just do
Monday:Biceps,Neck,Calves.
Tuesday: Shoulders,Traps,Neck,Calves
Wednesday:Triceps..
Thursday:Legs,Calves,Neck,
Friday:Shoulders,Traps,Calves,Neck
Saturday:Arms,Calves,Neck
Then Sunday I might throw in back it is a weird schedule but I always change it sometimes I throw in chest and back on certain days. I am not worried about a bodybuilding look just looking for strength really I have a Tank Abbott gut as you can say that,but when I was 50lbs lighter I was just as strong but more defined I dont like to cut weight sooo.Thats it I havent measured anything in awhile I took time off with new baby here,then elbow fuked up then stomach crap now and trying to get back into a daily routine but all this crap keeps coming up..Thinking of dropping weight to around 180-190 so I can wrestle guys who would be smaller then me if I drop that much but then I just like to be big so I am contemplating on what to do right now.

LOL Bravo and Pumping Iron I ocassionally do chest and back I dont really like to train them really for some reason..but you know what you two are absolutly right I should throw some chest and back my girlfriend says it looks weird two because my shoulder overpower my body so much when I hit double bi front there way bigger then arms and everything so everything is no symetrical I have been doing the stupid ego lift sh*t and didnt really realize it I guess.I look square THOUGH lol because kids are like man ur big where I work but its because I am so square that people feel chest and like man I thought ur chest would be hella tight when I have shirt on because shoulders and traps make it hide my gut too..my bf is probably like 20-25% or something just put it this way my build is like tank abbott's really but I have more trap and shoulder(not sure about shoulders)though.

That's the weirdest thing I've ever heard!!! You're joking, right?

If not, I would strongly recommend something like this:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs, Shoulders (just a little)
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Back

That's what I would do if I was looking unsymmetrical in your areas.

well i didnt do crap for awhile lol having are new little one my job my other little one was pretty hectic but now I am starting to get back into working out i get up at 4:00am sometimes then shower and go to work from 8:30-5:00....

Today was presidents day so I didnt have to worry granted this is just me getting back into a grove right now so this is what i did today.

Back:

Seated Cable Rows:

220 lbs 8 sets of 10
190 lbs 1 set of 10
150 lbs 3 sets of 10
100 lbs 3 sets of 10

Lat Pull downs Reverse Grip:

100lbs 3 sets of 10 strict reps
110 lbs 3 sets of 10 strict reps

Reg. grip

100lbs 3 sets of 10 strict reps
110lbs 3 sets of 10 strict reps

well I actually changed my split to 1 body part a week now instead of that I have always trained weird like that and my body responded so I always did it for some reason I actually felt lazy for not doing more on my exercises and stuff today..most people say I am stupid and things but I just feel like on biceps now I spend like 2 1/2 hours sometimes on just them and everything and I still feel lazy or just weird crap like that.

Glad you've changed your routine to something a bit normal! :) But 2 1/2 hours on biceps?!?!?! On anything that long is crazy! You want to be out of the gym after 90mins at the most!! And that's if training 2 bodyparts!!
Hope you work out a routine that maxes the intensity and reduces the time man! Good to see you getting back into training though!!
