Barbell Extension's: 145,135,125,115,105lbs 3 sets of 10....100,95,85,75,65,55,45,35,25,15,10,5lbs 2 sets of 25
Dips: 4 sets of 50
2 Arm Dumbell Extension:30lbs 2 sets of 60
1 Arm Dumbell Extension:30,lbs 2 sets of 10...20lbs 2 sets of 25,10lbs 2 sets of 25,10lbs 2 sets of 25,8lbs 2 sets of 10.
Felt pretty good freakin getting hot here in cali thats why I stoped I was sweating up a stom but that was my workout for today. |
