Ok, I know im new, and I'm not trying to make enemies..but seriously, I have to call either bull**** on some of this or extremely bad form...

200 pounds for 150 reps and 20 sets pyramided for 100's of more reps...seriously...you I watched Phil Heath do 225 for 41 reps and he about passed out..and youre saying you do 200 for 150 reps...I don't believe it.

I dont want to piss in your cheerios man, so don;t get upset, maybe you could enlighten me as to how long you are in the gym your techique?

oh no I am not upset at or anything people ask me this kinda stuff all the time so dont worry about it. I go around 3/4 of way down because I have my elbows what flame up I do not want to irritate them and I feel I hit my chest with more pressure applying it like that with out full stretch at bottom and elbows burning plus the machine is so awkward for me because the way I look kinda hard to use. So thats going on with that. My reps are pretty fast if you ever watched ryan kennelly when I think hes benching 400 for 20 I go around that speed, to give you a heads up with everything.

my other lifts I am pretty strong at I dont know why I have done military presses on machine with 200lbs for 5 sets of 20,over 800lb leg presses for a lot of reps and everything most people just say I am weird because of it because sometimes I wont workout for a few months and I put pin at bottom and just lift it and they say thats not fair u havent lifted in like 6 months or something all my lifts arent like that though my triceps suck when I hit them also because its machine its fairly easy to get up when I am using dumbells or barbell when I have a chance to its are because you do not have the stabilization with machine where you can just go you have to make sure everythings correct so I dont hurt myself by one like inch being off of form or something.

I did pretty light set today for biceps heres how it went probably hit back or chest tomorrow pretty hard last time I hit chest I puked
